Arrival at Colombo international airport , meet ,assist and drive to Pinnawela , the elephant orphanage. Check in to the hotel .

Here you can view the feeding of elephants, which takes place daily. The highlight of this event is to observe feeding of baby elephants using Milk bottles. (All these events can be photographed.) After feeding of the elephants they will be taken by foot to nearby river for their daily bath.

Over night – Pinnawela

After having breakfast at the hotel leave for Kandy the Royal city (1469AD – 1815AD) – last Singhalese kingdom of Sri Lanka.

En route – Visit spice and herbal garden and Royal botanical gardens. Check in to the hotel.

Afternoon – Sightseeing tour in Kandy –Temple of the tooth relic of Buddha , down town market , Upper lake drive view point etc. In the evening visit a cultural dance show.

Over night – Kandy

Railway journey to Nanuoya. Kandy to Nanuoya( nearest railway station to Nuwara Eliya) train route is one of the most scenic in the country. Train leaves at 8.30 AM from Kandy and it reach Nanuoya by 12.30 PM. Pick up from the railway station and drive to Nuwara Eliya.

Check in. Afternoon leave for sightseeing tour in Nuwara Eliya – Down town market , Golf course , Race course , Gregory lake etc.

Evening at leisure.

After having breakfast at the hotel leave for Adam’s peak . Drive up to Nallathanniya ( Adam’s peak) is very scenic and offers great views of the tea plantation , forest covered hill country and water falls.

Check in to the hotel and relax.

Early morning at 2.30 AM – start climb Adam’s peak. You will reach up on the mountain by 5.30 AM to enjoy the Sun rise.

Climb down from Adam’s peak , freshen up and leave for Kitulgala.

Check in to the hotel and relax.

Optional – White water rafting.

Over night -Kithulgala.

Proceed to the airport for departure
